Independent Study

Good evening parents,

Thank you for all of your support so far this year.  We are enjoying having your students on campus. 

A letter and independent study contract was sent home with your child(ren) today, please complete the requested information, but do not date the form. We are sending this out so we can expedite the process if your student is ill or needs to quarantine.

We would appreciate you returning this completed form as soon as possible. As mentioned in the letter, we are trying to get students their work as quickly as possible so they do not get behind. 

A copy of the independent study contract will be posted on the website as well.
