- Opening Business
- Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by president David Gisler at 2:02 p.m.
- Roll Call of Board Members Present
David Gisler, David Koontz and Jacalyn Witzel were present at the meeting. Also present at the meeting were Caron Borba, Superintendent/Principal and Hugo Baez, Maintenance/Transportation manage.
- Flag Salute
David Koontz led the flag salute.
- Adopt Agenda
David Gisler made the motion to adopt the agenda for the emergency board meeting. Jacalyn Witzel made the second and action was taken.

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
- Public Presentations
No guests were present to offer public presentation.
- Declaration that an emergency situation exists warranting an emergency meeting of the Board
David Gisler declared a meeting was deemed necessary to discuss a plan of action of closure due to the threat of the COVID-19 virus and the impact in may have on the health and education of students and the working conditions of staff.
- Consideration to Convene in Closed Session on Emergency Basis (Govt. Code 54956.5c)
The board convene in closed session.

There was not discussion.
- Closed Session
Threat to Public services (Government Code 54957)
The Board convened in closed session.
- Reconvene for Public Session
The Board reconvened in public session
- Consideration of Resolution Granting Emergency Power to the Superintendent
Resolution 20-8: David Koontz made the motion and Jacalyn Witzel made the second to grant emergency powers to the superintendent in the need of a school closure. Action was taken.
