NOTICE OF EMERGENCY BOARD MEETING

TO:   The above members of the Board of Trustees of the Rockford School District and those radio stations, television stations, digital media, and newspapers of general circulation and all individuals who have requested in writing notice of meetings of the Governing Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Emergency Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Rockford School District will be held on March 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Rockford School District Office, 14983 Road 208, Porterville, CA 93257.      

AGENDA

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, for those requiring special assistance to access the Board meeting room, to access written documents being discussed at the Board meeting, or to otherwise participate at Board meetings, please contact the Board Secretary at 559-784-5406 for assistance.  Notification at least 48 hours before the meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the Board meeting and to provide any required accommodations, auxiliary aids or services.

Documents provided to a majority of the Governing Board regarding an open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the District office located at 14983 Road 208, Porterville, CA 93257 during normal business hours.

            (The Board may meet in closed session on matters posing a threat to the security of public buildings, a threat to the security of essential public services, or a threat to the public’s right of access to public services or public facilities if agreed to by a two-thirds vote of the members of the Board members present, or, if less than two-thirds of the members are present, by a unanimous vote of the members present.)
